Once your order is ready, we'll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information - and we won't charge your credit or debit card until this is done.

Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days. This is longer than we would like due to high order volumes and carriers being particularly busy.

When placing an order for delivery within Northern Ireland, UK should be selected as the delivery country. 

 If Next Day is then selected, delivery to Northern Ireland will take 2-3 working days.

EASY RETURNS 

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we're giving you 3 months to decide whether you'd like to keep it.

If within that time you decide it's not right for you then simply return any unworn items, in their original packaging and with the tags attached, along with the original receipt to receive a refund or exchange.

You'll find a free pre-paid returns label in your order but if you don't have one then you can create a QR code to take to your local Post Office by clicking here.

 

If returning your item by post then you should usually receive your refund within 14 days, although this may be longer during particularly busy periods.

 

For faster returns, please visit one of our stores. Here we can process your refund straight away, with payment then usually showing within your account within 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
Unfortunately the free returns label does not apply to Salcombe Gin products, which will need to be returned directly to Salcombe Gin at the address at the bottom of the page.

The small print


Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse the cost of any return postage paid directly or for any returns sent before free returns were offered.


Salcombe Gin products may be returned if unopened and in their original packaging. 


They will need to be returned directly to Salcombe Gin at the following address: 


Salcombe Distilling Co., Unit B, Station Yard Industrial Estate, West Alvington Hill, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1ES. 


The return cost will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty.
Unless faulty, items can only be returned for a refund or exchange if unworn, with original tags in place and in their original packaging.


Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear. 


Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place. 

 

If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method. 

 

If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required. 

 

Where payment has been made via PayPal,If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required. 

 

Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.
If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. 


Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained items. 

 

In cases where Crew Clothing items have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange. 

 

If you've lost your receipt or despatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
